Wine personality: Golden yellow tint underlined by a scintillating line of bubbles. Mineral and floral nose, even Viennese pastries. Rich and balanced on the palate where the slightly toasted brioche and exotic fruits come together for a harmonious finish. A champagne for aperitif, served at 8°C.

Wine personality: A shiny light yellow colour with an intense and resistant line of bubbles. The nose is powerful, fresh with aromas of acacia, honeysuckle and candied fruits. Elegant on the palate, full of finesse on the white flowers, spices and citrus fruits. A beautiful aromatic persistence. A very nice, balanced and harmonious wine. Tasting advice: Sophisticated aperitif. Can accompany with butter lobster or white meat.

Wine personality: Golden colour, the finesse of this champagne starts with the finesse of its bubbles which gives it a persistent line of bubbles. Power and finesse on the nose, aromas of red fruits and Viennese pastries predominate. The finesse of its effervescence is also found on the palate with give its characteristic smoothness and aromas of red fruits. Well balanced champagne that can be served for aperitif or to accompany a meal.

Ageing in wood barrels for at least one year before bottling. Unfiltered wine.

Wine personality: Golden colour, aromas of citrus fruit, vanilla and exotic fruits on the nose. The attack is fresh before the wine shows its body and vinosity with a distinctive freshness in the ending. This wine can accompany cold starters, oysters as well as goat cheese. Served chilled at 7-8°C.
