Ageing in wood barrels for at least one year before bottling

Wine personality : Golden colour, aromas of citrus fruit, vanilla and exotic fruits on the nose. The attack is fresh before the wine shows its body and vinosity with a distinctive freshness in the ending. This wine can accompany cold starters, oysters as well as goat cheese. Served chilled at 7-8°C.
