Wine personality:
Brilliant light yellow color with release of intense bubbles which form a persistent bead. The nose is powerful, fresh with aromas of acacia, honeysuckle and candied fruit. Elegant palate, with finesse on white flowers, spices and citrus fruits. Very nice aromatic persistence. Very nice balanced and harmonious wine.
Tasting Tips: Refined aperitif. Can accompany lobster with white butter sauce, also white meat

Wine personality : Golden yellow color, the delicacy of this champagne begins with the delicacy of these bubbles which gives it a persistent bead of foam. Power and finesse on the nose, it releases notes of red fruits and pastries. In the mouth, we find this finesse of the effervescence which gives it a characteristic smoothness and also notes of red fruits. Very balanced champagne that can be drunk as an aperitif as well as during a meal.
