Brilliant light yellow color with release of intense bubbles which form a persistent bead. The nose is powerful, fresh with aromas of acacia, honeysuckle and candied fruit. Elegant palate, with finesse on white flowers, spices and citrus fruits. Very nice aromatic persistence. Very nice balanced and harmonious wine.
Tasting Tips: Refined aperitif. Can accompany lobster with white butter sauce, also white meat
